Function: resolveOffshootInitContext()

resolveOffshootInitContext(opts): OffshootInitContext

Resolve offshoot scaffold paths.

• cwd is usually the product root (e.g. ./tmp).
• parent defaults to ./service/{layer} (the weave host).
• Offshoot lands at {product}/{offshootName}/{layer}.
