Absolute data directory. Defaults to <dirname(packageUrl)>/data. Use a function when the root can change (tests / seal data mounts).

Filename stem before -${DEPLOYMENT_NAME}.sqlite (e.g. "cron-db" → cron-db-development.sqlite).
